The Clinical Placement Administrator will oversee the organisation, facilitation, and administration of student placements within the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences. Responsibilities include supporting placement activities across various programmes, monitoring placement offers, managing paperwork, and supporting reporting and quality assurance processes, including Speech and Language Therapy placements.

You will have:

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Good numeracy skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including academic staff, students, and placement providers
  • The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
