An established industry player is seeking a Clinical Placement Administrator to support the organisation and administration of student placements in the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including the facilitation of placement activities, monitoring offers, and ensuring the quality of placement processes. Job description

The Clinical Placement Administrator role will include a wide range of duties involving the day-to-day organisation, facilitation and administration of student placements and placement related activity in the school of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences.

The role will include the responsibility for supporting placement activities across a range of programmes in the school and include monitoring and reviewing placement offers, paperwork and supporting the reporting and quality assurance of placement activity including our Speech and language Therapy placements and other placement programmes within the school.

You will have:

  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Evidence of being an excellent administrator
  • Good numeracy skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with the ability to work with a range of IT systems, especially Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, inclusive of academic staff, students and placement providers
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
