You will assist in preparing clinics, handle post, and use the Trust’s case note tracking system. The role requires professional communication and a welcoming, efficient approach to all callers and visitors.

Qualificações

• Respond to external and internal telephone queries with professionalism.
• Support medical teams by preparing clinics and ensuring smooth operations.
• Organise incoming/outgoing post and route inquiries appropriately.

Responsabilidades

• Utilise the local Trust case note tracking system to update records.
• Perform data entry and generate reports as required.
• Represent the Women's Health Department Front of House in a courteous, professional manner.
