Job summary

SnowDome Limited is looking for a Climb Team Member to join our Snow, Ice and Climb department. You will assist climbers, provide equipment guidance and ensure a memorable guest experience in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent service, safety briefings, monitoring guests, and maintaining equipment areas. A passion for climbing and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in a guest service role is desirable.
