Job summary

SnowDome Ltd is seeking an Ice Skating Team Member to marshal sessions, assist with skate rental and oversee the Snow Fun Park. You will help deliver a safe, fun and high-quality guest experience in a busy winter leisure environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in a guest service role is highly desirable.

Job description

Join our team as an Ice Skating Team Member as part of our Snow, Ice and Climb department! In this role, you'll ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all of our guests by marshalling ice skating sessions, assisting guests with skate rental and marshalling our Snow Fun Park! If you love winter sports and providing exceptional guest experiences, be part of our ice rink crew!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to ensure an “best in class” experience

• Monitor guests on the Ice and Snow Fun Park
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service goals
