Greenly in London is seeking a driven SDR to fuel growth across Europe. You will identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives, delivering high-impact pitches and building a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of concrete sales experience with outbound calling.
• Interest in ESG/climate transition and willingness to learn fast about the sector.
• Excellent relational skills: empathy, active listening, and needs rephrasing.

Responsibilities

• Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market.
• Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events.
• Deliver strong pitches and adapt messaging to prospect needs.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks.
• Maintain a clean CRM and track KPIs with ownership.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy.
• Contribute to scripts, processes, and tools improvements.
