Job summary

Tremendous, Inc. is seeking a Founding European SDR to lead outbound sales efforts in new markets. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through cold calling and strategic outreach.

The ideal candidate is proactive, ambitious, and customer-focused, with a knack for exceeding goals. Competitive pay (£37k - £45k) and OTE (£52k - £60k) are offered, along with a supportive, low-meeting culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of exceeding goals with a commitment to excellence.
• Curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in English and at least one other language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new deals.
• Make 100 cold calls per day and book meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to build the sales pipeline.
• Research accounts and identify key contacts for outreach.
• Communicate value propositions effectively to prospects.
