My Pension Expert Limited is offering an apprenticeship in Client Support (Level 2). You will be the first point of contact for new clients, delivering quality customer service, and supporting pension checks across the team.

The role includes training at DN Colleges Group with block release and both on- and off-the-job learning, aimed at developing a future client support advisor in financial services.

Formación

• Apprenticeship Level 2 required.
• Ability to travel to work and college.
• Basic administrative tasks and customer service responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive administration support to the Client Support team
• Liaise with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation required to complete pension checks via telephone or post
• Responsible for completion of administrative tasks (scanning, electronic filing and diary bookings)
• Ensure client records are electronically filed and updated
• Contact clients to retrieve information and answer queries
• Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, prompt responses
• Deal with confidential information
• Support the organisation by communicating about sustainability values, culture and commitments
