Job summary

WTW is offering an apprenticeship with the Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing GB team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and pension scheme members, learning from experienced colleagues as you build your knowledge of occupational pensions.

Over 18–24 months you will study alongside work, completing coursework and exams with six hours per week for study. The programme leads to the Award in Pensions Essentials, with a tutor's support and a hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at grade 9-4/C or above.
• Strong focus on quality and customer service.
• Able to work accurately when busy.
• Natural communicator and team player.
• Eager to learn and grow your experience.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from clients and their people about occupational pensions.
• Provide a calm, empathetic and professional customer experience to scheme members.
• Resolve queries or escalate complex issues to other parts of the team.
• Follow complaints procedure and notify Senior Administrators of complaints.
• Participate in regular training to broaden knowledge and skills.
• Build relationships with clients and learn about their pension schemes.
• Identify areas to improve service delivery.
