WTW group is offering a two-year apprenticeship in our Benefits Delivery & Outsourcing GB team in the United Kingdom. You will support clients and pension scheme members with queries, learning from experienced colleagues and working toward the Award in Pensions Essentials qualification.

Applicants should have GCSE Maths and English at grade 9-4/C or above, be team players with strong communication, and be eager to learn in a busy environment.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for clients and pension scheme members.
• Provide a calm, empathetic and professional customer experience.
• Handle queries and pass more complex issues to senior team members.
• Follow complaints procedure and notify seniors of complaints.
• Participate in regular training to broaden knowledge and skills.
• Build relationships with clients and deepen pension scheme knowledge.
