Purpose of the Role

A member of the Client Support team with responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of high-level administrative support for Planners and Paraplanners to ensure great client experience and service. This role involves working within the general servicing, including the mail function for all locations.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Work with the Client Support Team Leader to ensure all Client Support activities adhere to 1825 policies and meet standards and timescales in quality and timeliness.
  • Responsibilities include report writing, preparing client documentation, handling client enquiries, reception and office duties, processing client applications and instructions, and record keeping.
  • Ensure business obtained is processed and submitted compliantly and timely within business processes.
  • Prioritise and plan workload proactively.
  • Identify areas for improvement to maximise efficiency and maintain excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support and assist, maintaining good relationships.
  • Manage and deliver excellent client service while handling multiple demands.
  • Support and embrace change, assisting in implementation.
  • Respond flexibly to shifting priorities in a high-pressure environment.
  • Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties.
  • Be well-organised to meet demanding targets.
  • Prioritise work effectively, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Work to high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and a successful track record in financial planning.
  • Have strong planning and organisational skills aligned with business priorities.
  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office products.
