Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking an Account Support Executive to join a busy internal sales team. You will upsell from an existing customer portfolio of software modules, consultancy and support, working office-based.

The role includes promoting products via webinar, phone and email and building a long-term sales career within a structured framework. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with CRM and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Target-driven sales experience in a similar environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 (including D365).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships at all levels within the customer base.
• Identify and close opportunities for NEC software and solutions.
• Hit the annual team target.
• Keep CRM up to date reflecting all opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from order to delivery.
• Follow corporate policies and procedures.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
• Suggest ideas to improve sales effectiveness.
