Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking an Account Support Executive to join a busy internal sales team from an existing customer portfolio. The role focuses on upselling software modules, consultancy and support, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and meeting annual targets.

You will use webinar, telephone and email outreach to promote NEC products, with no cold calling and clear path for progression within a structured career framework.

Qualifications

Sales experience in a target-driven environment.
Strong organisational skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Develop effective relationships at all levels within the customer base.
Identify and close opportunities for NEC software and solutions.
Ensure the annual team target is hit.
Ensure CRM is up to date and accurately reflects all opportunities.
Take ownership of opportunities from order to delivery.
Adhere to corporate policy and procedures.
Attend internal and external meetings as directed.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of future opportunities.
Suggest ideas to improve sales performance and product ideas.
