TE Connectivity Hastings seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers during the order process and ensure an outstanding experience.

You will work with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to resolve queries, manage orders and build strong relationships while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or customer support experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with Lean principles is beneficial.

Job Overview

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in Hastings. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the order process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams, you'll help resolve customer queries, manage orders, and build strong customer relationships.
