Job summary

Qualifications

• Organised, customer-focused candidate with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience coordinating enquiries and quotations is a plus.
• Comfortable liaising with internal teams and customers to keep progress on track.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries, understand customer requirements and direct each enquiry to the right person.
• Prepare and send quotations, then follow up with customers on outstanding quotes.
• Keep customers updated on job progress, liaising with internal teams to provide accurate information.
• Arrange collections and deliveries for customer jobs.
• Process incoming purchase orders and progress jobs to the next stage.
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders, particularly for urgent jobs.
• Order parts once purchase orders are received, and source parts or equipment for the sales and engineering teams.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, taking ownership of tasks that help them focus on customers and sales activity.
• Support other sales-team requirements as needed.
