Retail Insights is seeking a Client Success professional to own client relationships from onboarding to post-event delivery. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure exceptional service, manage sponsor expectations, and maintain CRM records.

Candidates with 3+ years in client/account management and a UK work permit are preferred. Training in CRM and Google Docs Editors is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit required.
• Fast learner and proficient with new systems.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Aligning on Sponsors expectations - pre & post sale, ensuring the sales process is deliverable.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, from planning through delivery of events.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM.
• Provide daily support to sponsors to facilitate their registration through our internal systems.
• Build an internal knowledge base and assist with onboarding of new clients.
• Collect feedback from clients post-event to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
