Zusammenfassung

Retail Insights is seeking a Client Success professional to own client delivery for our event platform and sponsorships in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless experiences for sponsors from contract through delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in client management or customer success, strong CRM skills, and a proactive, highly organised mindset. UK work permit and ability to travel for conferences overseas are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Fast learning and adaptability with new systems.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Aligning on Sponsors expectations - pre & post sale, ensuring the sales process is deliverable.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, once they have signed the contract, from the initial planning stages through the delivery of the events.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM.
• Providing daily support to sponsors to facilitate their registration through our internal management systems.
• Building an internal knowledge base and helping with the onboarding of new clients.
• Collect feedback from clients post-event to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
