Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term retention.
• Run weekly or biweekly check-in calls with clients.
• Translate campaign performance into plain English, no jargon.
• Spot at-risk clients early and intervene before they consider leaving.
• Coordinate with the media buying team to ensure promised results.
• Identify genuine upsell and cross-sell opportunities for client benefit.
• Keep CRM records clean and up to date.
• Be the internal voice of the client, feeding back insights.
