Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by aligning services to client goals.
• Provide monthly updates to maintenance clients on work completed.
• Act as primary contact for retainer clients and plan upcoming work.
• Coordinate with designers, developers and support teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Maintain transparency and manage project timelines and kick-offs through to launch.
• Update project management software with delivery deadlines and progress.
