Reason Digital is a purpose-driven digital agency helping charities and socially conscious organisations. We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager for a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover to manage client success and drive digital impact.

Based remotely or hybrid from our Manchester office, you’ll nurture client relationships, write proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams to quote and shape strategic solutions aligned with client goals.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in account management at a digital agency.
• Experience writing proposals, costing projects, pitching and contracting.
• Ability to empathise with clients and shape strategic solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital agency workflows from discovery to build.
• Experience briefing multiple teams on complex client projects.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Bonus: charity/social innovation/CSR sector experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and nurture client relationships for success and long-term impact.
• Create strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Own relationships with ongoing clients as primary digital contact.
• Champion services and ensure clients feel valued.
• Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions, including bespoke offerings.
• Develop proposals, plan and present ideas, and work with delivery teams to quote approaches.
