Job summary

JDO UK in London is seeking a Senior Client Manager for a maternity leave contract. You will lead client partnerships from London with remote UK flexibility, balancing strategy with delivery while guiding teams toward commercially sharp, creative outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in client services within a creative agency, with strong relationship-building and budget management. It’s a fixed-term contract with 40 hours/week and 3 days in the London office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client services within a creative agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage mid-to-large client accounts with confidence, clarity and commercial awareness.
• Experience leading project delivery from brief to execution, ensuring work is on time, on scope and on budget.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of being a trusted partner to senior clients.
• Familiarity with financial processes including forecasting, scoping and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and multi-workstream accounts with strategic clarity and creative care.
• Identify organic growth opportunities within accounts by listening deeply and proposing value.
• Build trusted relationships with mid- to senior-level client contacts.
• Manage resourcing, workflows and internal reviews to ensure quality and pace.
• Monitor profitability and scope across multiple projects; forecast and control budgets.
• Mentor juniors through feedback, clarity and consistency.
