Job summary

CamWebDir in Cambridge is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive on maternity cover to craft and distribute compelling, insight-led content across digital channels, manage organic social posting, and support Open Programmes marketing.

You will work with Dynamics CRM for targeted email journeys, edit web content on WordPress, create newsletters, organise webinars, and help with internal comms. Hybrid role with two days in the Cambridge office.

Qualifications

• Experience in online marketing including email marketing, social media, and search marketing; awareness of latest trends and technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding written communication with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, confident and articulate; team player.
• Experience with CMS platforms and content publication.
• Alignment with JBSEEL values beyond core duties.

Responsibilities

• Create copy and select images for organic and paid social posts and publish across channels.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Insights to create segments, journeys and email communications.
• Assist with basic web page editing; familiarity with WordPress preferred.
• Build regular email newsletters to leads/contacts and support other campaigns.
• Organise webinars and digital events with faculty.
• Assist internal communications and promotional activities.
• Interact with suppliers such as media agencies for projects.
• Support market and competitor research.
