Objectway in London is seeking a Client Success Leader/Solution Delivery Leader to join the UK Service Management team. You will ensure exceptional service and delivery across complex software projects, lifecycle to post-go-live support.

Responsibilities include leading delivery, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing risks, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business outcomes and customer value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in Client Success, Delivery or related role.
• Experience in UK private banking and/or wealth management sector or software/consulting serving this sector.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee delivery of complex software projects ensuring alignment with client requirements, scope, timelines and quality.
• Act as main client reference across the project lifecycle from definition to go-live and post-delivery activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across Product, Engineering, PMO and Operations to drive project execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and changes, and support contract management, invoicing and billing.
• Provide client and internal status updates on milestones, risks, and delivery performance.
