Job summary

Finova in the UK is seeking a Client Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery across onboarding, implementation, enhancements and in-life services for a portfolio of financial clients. The role is London or Manchester with three days on-site, and it requires strong governance, cross-functional leadership and executive stakeholder management.

You will lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Testing, Consulting), manage risks, budgets and ensure high NPS and client satisfaction,

Qualifications

• You've actually run a Scrum team before, not just studied the framework and ceremonies.
• Proven track record managing complex software implementations end-to-end for SaaS or enterprise vendors.
• Ability to build process and structure from scratch when no playbook exists.
• Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts up to executive level.
• Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of key client accounts from onboarding to go-live.
• Identify and clear blockers, dependencies and stalled projects before they escalate.
• Own the relationship end-to-end with client executives and act as the single point of contact.
• Engage client C-suite to drive collaboration and high NPS.
• Direct Engineering, Product, Testing, and Consulting to build delivery plans and budgets.
• Enforce governance, track milestones, manage cross-stream dependencies and risks.
• Spot cross-sell or renewal opportunities and flag them early to Sales.
• Maintain accurate invoicing, spend tracking and profitability reporting.
