Job summary

STEM Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Client Success Coordinator for STEMAI in London. This role coordinates complex approval activities, engaging technical, legal, commercial and operational teams to accelerate commissioning and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will manage multiple internal approvals, track milestones, and maintain knowledge repositories while liaising with senior stakeholders across functions to drive successful pilots.

Qualifications

• Experience in client success, implementation, project coordination, PMO or programme management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all client approval activities to drive pilot commitment.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation approval journey.
• Manage questionnaires, security assessments and due diligence requests.
• Coordinate responses from technical, legal, compliance, commercial and operational teams.
• Track milestones, manage deadlines and proactively resolve blockers.
• Prepare high-quality responses using existing knowledge libraries and previous submissions.
• Maintain and continually improve the central repository of approved responses and documentation.
• Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders and elevate risks where required.
• Identify opportunities to streamline approval activity processes and improve the client experience.
• Support successful pilot launches by ensuring approvals are completed accurately and on time.
