The Specialist Works in London is seeking a Client Executive to support client relationships, coordinating projects and ensuring top-notch service. You'll work with the Client Manager and other departments to ensure client needs are met with precision and enthusiasm.

This role suits someone with foundational client services experience, eager to deepen knowledge in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a minimum 3 days per week in the London office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a client-facing role within marketing or media.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with a collaborative mindset.
• Curious and eager to learn industry trends.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate client projects from briefing to execution, meeting timelines.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and update on status.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and media teams to align on project details.
• Gather data and insights on campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Assist with invoicing, project documentation, and resource allocation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategies.
