Medpace, Inc. in London is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join the Site Relationship team. This entry-level role supports the Clinical Trial Managers and Project Coordinators and will handle admin tasks across Europe and APAC.

You will assist with meetings, scheduling, travel arrangements, data maintenance, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum A levels completion (UK) or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Hungarian.

Aufgaben

• Support Clinical Trial Management Team members (Site Relationship Team, Clinical Trial Managers, Project Coordinators).
• Provide day-to-day departmental support activities (shipping, filing, faxing, managing inventory and orders).
• ClinTrack site / PI consolidations - review and ticket management.
• Recruitment number confirmations.
• Coordinate and provide minutes for departmental meetings/conference calls.
• Prepare slides for presentations and update trackers.
• Schedule appointments and travel arrangements.
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets/files for tracking/documentation.
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
• Support other departments on ad hoc projects.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
