Job summary

Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based Project Assistant to support the Clinical Safety team in London. This role collaborates with a team to complete tasks and projects critical to the company’s success.

You will provide day-to-day project support, assist safety coordinators and managers with case follow-up, and manage the main mailbox. You will also create trackers, prepare status reports, assist with case processing, and conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.

Qualifications

• A-levels - desirable, GCSEs – requirement (English, Science and Maths grade 6 - 9/A - C).
• Administrative experience is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are needed.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, and an interest in clinical trials/drug development – desirable.
• Applicants should have great attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day project support to the clinical safety department.
• Support safety coordinators and managers with follow-up on cases.
• Manage and maintain main mailbox and assist with triage.
• Create and maintain project-related trackers and status reports.
• Assist with case processing activities as delegated.
• Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
