Job summary

AstraZeneca in London seeks a Launch Excellence PMO to lead end-to-end launch planning across pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities, coordinating across Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Digital and Analytics to drive timely delivery.

This 12-month FTC role centers on governance, risk management and cross-functional alignment, connecting strategy to execution and ensuring readiness from day one, spanning oncology initiatives and cross-market launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or supporting complex cross-functional projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences sectors.
• Strong project and programme management expertise with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical launches, major brand initiatives or business-critical transformation programmes.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical governance, market access, regulatory processes and launch readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Launch Planning across pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities.
• Develop and manage end-to-end launch plans with visible dependencies and aligned priorities.
• Drive Launch Readiness & Governance with readiness reviews and decision processes.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration across Medical, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales and other teams.
• Manage Performance & Risk by tracking milestones and KPIs and surfacing insights.
• Lead Communications & Change Management to support adoption of new processes and tools.
