Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking an Account Executive to work with suppliers and internal teams to deliver services to clients on time and to specification. The role involves providing excellent client service, reporting, and project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

Work is conducted across HH Global’s local office, client/vendor sites, and from home as needed, reflecting a blended hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with clients around service provision and solutions.
• Administrational experience in a client services team with client engagement.
• Numerate with commercial bias and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input and advice across the service range.
• Support the Client Engagement team to deliver exceptional service.
• Produce detailed specifications for internal/external parties with key dates.
• Brief suppliers on client requirements and monitor delivery to SLA.
• Ensure invoicing and purchase orders are processed and reports generated.
