Job summary

HH Global Group seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage healthcare client relationships and deliver digital solutions, working with internal teams and local partners across a blended office/client/vendor site arrangement.

You will own client briefs, ensure on-time delivery, manage budgets and KPIs, and apply ABPI guidelines when required, while developing strategic opportunities for growth within a global life sciences network.

Qualifications

• Prior healthcare creative agency experience (MedEd/MedComms).
• Strong science/medical knowledge and pharma industry understanding.
• Digital marketing mindset with healthcare insights to shape brand plans.
• Ability to apply ABPI code of practice when required.
• Proven track record in account planning, budgeting, KPIs and strategic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadlines; manage project delivery from start to finish, proposing options and innovations.
• Provide technical input and brief suppliers on precise client requirements; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor projects to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery; collaborate across teams and HHGlobal’s full-service offering.
• Prepare presentations and complete account administration and reporting with accurate records.
• Agree and manage budgets and P&Ls; maximize profit through performance analysis.
• Deliver services to meet SLAs; ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
