HH Global is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join its global healthcare client services team. You will quote and own medium-complexity projects, manage day-to-day client contact, and collaborate with internal HH Global teams to deliver a broad spectrum of client requirements.

The role blends time between the local HH Global office, client/vendor sites, and home as needed. You will work with Account Managers and Directors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, strong client relationships,

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of ABPI guidelines preferred; training can be provided.
• Client facing with strong communication skills.
• Experience in marketing/creative agency, ideally medical communications.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Day-to-day client account and project management.
• Interpret client briefs and convey feedback to internal teams.
• Work with creative/content studios to deliver client work.
• Execute project plans within time and budget, with management oversight.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and campaigns.
• Maintain reports and client liaison; build relationships.
• Support account team with project management platforms and tools.
• Set milestones and align project plans with clients and vendors.
• Communicate changes and budget implications to clients and teams.
• Ensure projects stay in scope and budget, with regular updates.
