Job summary

HH Global Group in Manchester is seeking an Account Executive to deliver client services, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and ensure projects run to specification, on time and within SLA.

You will manage multiple projects, produce detailed specifications, brief suppliers, monitor progress, and handle invoicing and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships. Strong communication, numeracy, and MS Office skills are essential for multi‑project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with clients over service provision and solutions.
• Business administration or client services exposure with client engagement.
• Numerate with commercial bias and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input and advice on various projects across our service range.
• Support the Client Engagement team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining client relationships.
• Produce detailed specifications for internal and external parties, capturing technical details and key dates.
• Brief suppliers on client requirements and monitor projects to ensure on-time delivery and SLA compliance.
• Ensure invoicing procedures are followed, raise purchase orders, monitor deliveries and generate reports.
