Job summary

HH Global Group in Manchester is seeking an Account Executive to work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver services to clients on time and to specification.

You will provide excellent client service, reporting and project delivery while building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

The role blends time between the local office, client/vendor sites and home, with a focus on managing multiple projects and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with clients on service provision and solutions.
• Business administration experience in a client services team.
• Numerate with commercial bias and able to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail with strong time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS 365 capability (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input and advice on projects across our service range.
• Support the Client Engagement team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining relationships.
• Produce detailed specifications for internal and external parties with key dates and requirements.
• Brief suppliers on client requirements and monitor projects to ensure delivery to specification and SLA.
• Ensure invoicing procedures are followed, raise purchase orders, monitor deliveries and reports.
