Job description

A leading, well established property and investment company is looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join their growing in house Building Surveying team based in Birmingham. This is a rare client side opportunity offering exposure to a diverse portfolio of Retail, Industrial and Commercial Office assets.

The Role

This is a varied position where youll work across a broad spectrum of Building Surveying duties, including :

• Dilapidations representing the landlords interests across a national portfolio
• Technical Due Diligence supporting acquisitions and disposals with detailed reporting and analysis
• Project Management overseeing refurbishment and fit out schemes from inception through to completion
• Traditional Building Surveys ensuring the ongoing performance and compliance of assets

Youll be joining a supportive and collaborative team of 7, consisting of a Director, 2 Associates, 2 Seniors, an Assistant and an Apprentice. The business offers a clear pathway for progression to Associate level and beyond, with genuine investment in career development and long term growth.
