Home Instead Leek & Moorlands is a leading domiciliary care provider, offering a range of services to individuals aged 18 and above, helping them to live independently in their own homes for longer.

We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Manager responsible for the full client experience, from onboarding new clients to ensuring existing clients receive high-quality service.

This role is full-time at our Leek office, working Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Occasional out-of-hours work is required, with pay provided. You will also be part of an on-call rota, for which you will receive additional pay.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing clients and their ongoing care with a focus on person-centered support.
  • Providing line management to the Care Quality Team.
  • Conducting appraisals, supervision, return-to-work meetings, support visits, and competency assessments for Care Professionals.
  • Consulting with new clients, completing assessments, and managing all necessary paperwork.
  • Creating, updating, and auditing care plans, activity logs, and MARs, and assisting with digital care planning.
  • Maintaining accurate client records using Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Introducing clients and Care Professionals.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in care.
  • Conducting client reviews and taking appropriate actions.
  • Deputising for the Registered Care Manager when needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in the care sector with similar responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team with compassion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and virtual communication platforms; willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Comfortable driving around the Leek & Moorlands area for visits.
  • Being a driver with access to a car is essential; Business Class One insurance is required.
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
