Job description

Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, flexible start/finish (between 8:00am – 5:30pm)

Client Services Executive – About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to kickstart or grow their career in account management. You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team where relationship building, organisation, and attention to detail are key.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering excellent service. Ideal for someone who’s now ready to take ownership of their own accounts and grow professionally.

Client Services Executive – Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your own group of customer accounts
  • Support clients via phone, email, and site visits
  • Help clients make cost-saving decisions and see the benefit of the service
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Review and present client reports and analysis
  • Assist with implementing new services or contract changes
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional services in a consultative way

Client Services Executive – What We’re Looking For:

  • Grade 5/6 or above in Maths (equivalent to a B)
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ideally 12 months in an office based role
  • Confident, clear communicator who can build rapport easily
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and service-driven
  • Good basic IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
