A leading surveying company in the UK is seeking a remote Client Services Administrator to support their operations team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing client inquiries, and ensuring adherence to company policies. We are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator within our Central operations team.
The Client Services Administrator will ensure excellent customer care and communication, meeting client service turnaround and quality standards. The role involves providing efficient, professional telephone support to customers, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail in handling queries. Strong telephony experience is essential.
This role is fully remote.
