Job description

Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors nationwide, providing both extensive coverage and local knowledge.

We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes well-known brands such as Your Move, Reeds Rains, and the mortgage network PRIMIS. Our services are tailored to lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.

We are currently seeking a Client Services Administrator within our Central operations team.

The Client Services Administrator will ensure excellent customer care and communication, meeting client service turnaround and quality standards. The role involves providing efficient, professional telephone support to customers, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail in handling queries. Strong telephony experience is essential.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Answering all incoming customer inquiries and providing requested information.
  2. Relaying messages accurately and promptly.
  3. Chasing outstanding queries and jobs.
  4. Completing team tasks through cooperation.
  5. Making outbound calls within service level requirements.
  6. Monitoring and updating case exceptions.
  7. Managing the client pipeline actively.
  8. Supporting team members with customer inquiries.
  9. Adhering to Data Protection policies and security processes.
  10. Supporting colleagues to meet the objectives of e.surv and LSL Group.
  11. Promoting e.surv in all communications.
  12. Meeting all customer expectations, defined as anyone requiring a service, response, or information.
  13. Following company policies at all times.
Knowledge, qualifications, and expertise:
  • Strong work planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Ability to challenge and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal systems.
