Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors across the UK, providing nationwide coverage with local knowledge.

We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes household names like Your Move and Reeds Rains, as well as the mortgage network PRIMIS. Our clients include lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.

We currently have a vacancy for a Client Services Administrator within our Central operations.

The Client Services Administrator will ensure excellent customer care and communication, meeting client service turnaround and quality standards. The role involves providing efficient and professional telephone service to all customers, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail in handling various queries. Strong telephony experience is essential.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Answering all incoming customer inquiries and providing requested information.
  • Relaying messages accurately and promptly to the appropriate person.
  • Chasing outstanding queries and jobs.
  • Collaborating with the team to complete tasks.
  • Making outbound calls within agreed service levels.
  • Monitoring and updating case exceptions.
  • Managing the client pipeline actively.
  • Supporting team members with customer inquiries.
  • Adhering to Data Protection policies and security processes.
  • Supporting colleagues to meet e.surv and LSL Group objectives.
  • Promoting e.surv in all communications.
  • Meeting all customer expectations.
  • Following company policies at all times.

Knowledge, qualifications, and skills required:

  • Strong work planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to challenge processes for improvement.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal systems.

This role is fully remote.
