Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting for a Permanent Client Relationship Specialist based in Newton Aycliffe. The role focuses on retaining and acquiring clients across the UK, with responsibilities spanning data collection, diary management, and day-to-day admin support.

Both full-time and part-time applicants are considered; standard hours are 9-5 for FT, with a 21-hour week for PT options. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Formación

• Experience liaising with customers via phone to support services.
• Experience of administration and support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
• Effective and clear communicator.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and making multiple calls daily.

Responsabilidades

• Retain clients and acquire new clients via inbound and outbound channels.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stores; ensure regular contact.
• Coordinate meetings between Venue Coordinators and Store/Decision Makers.
• Collect and update data to support future bookings and relations.
• Support day-to-day operational field matters for the Venues team.
• Manage diaries for the Venues Team and be the first point of contact during travel.
• Provide general office administration and maintain positive internal/external relationships.
