Job summary

Baltic Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Permanent Client Relationship Specialist in the Newton Aycliffe area. The role focuses on retaining clients, acquiring new stores, and supporting the Venues team with day-to-day operations.

Essential requirements include strong client-facing communication, administration skills, and proficient IT use. The position offers full-time or part-time options with a salary around £25,000 FTE, pro-rata for part-time, plus holiday and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with customers/clients by phone to support the services.
• Experience in administration and general support tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients/stores and acquire new ones via inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure regular contact with clients.
• Contact clients after bookings and arrange meetings with Venue Coordinators.
• Collect data on stores to inform future bookings and relationships.
• Support day-to-day operational field matters for the Venues team.
• Manage diaries and be the first point of contact for Venue Coordinators.
• Provide general administration support to the office.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and professional standards.
