Metro Safety in London is hiring an Account Management Executive to help retain and grow the customer base. You’ll deliver outstanding service, support internal processes, and communicate proactively with clients.

• Experience in account management or client services.
• Strong written communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer enquiries via phone and email and log interactions.
• Work with technical team to raise quotations and support service retention.
• Secure key client data and ensure documentation, revenue recognition and follow-up actions.
• Assist in client bids and prepare high-quality documentation in Excel.
• Support KPI setting, performance reporting and process improvements.
