Job summary

Metro Rod LTD is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to join our sales team at the Support Centre. This desk-based role focuses on managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, reporting to the Head of Sales.

You will maintain excellent customer relationships, drive account retention, and identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional services. The role offers progression and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous office-based work experience required.
• Experience in customer service, account management or sales.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident on the phone and with CRM/internal systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
• Flexible, adaptable, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and drive account retention.
