Job summary

Metro Rod LTD is seeking a motivated, desk-based sales professional to join our Support Centre. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role manages a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, develops relationships, drives account retention, and identifies opportunities to grow services.

Based in the UK, you will work with our National Accounts Team to maintain excellent client relations, use CRM and internal systems, and contribute to hitting team revenue targets while supporting franchise

Qualifications

• Office-based role experience and strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales is desirable.
• Ability to engage clients at all levels and develop relationships.

Responsibilities
