Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Associate for Manufacturing & Industrials to support and grow client relationships within corporate banking. The role is based in Leeds or Birmingham with a hybrid pattern.

You will analyse client needs, help deliver banking solutions, and work with product specialists while upholding risk and regulatory standards. Expect active cross-team collaboration and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience supporting client relationships within corporate banking.
• Experience developing trusted client relationships, identifying customer needs and supporting the delivery of appropriate banking solutions.
• Strong analytical and financial assessment skills, with the ability to interpret business information, identify trends and support the development of client solutions.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM), client management or banking platforms to support client servicing and portfolio management.
• Good understanding of risk management, governance and regulatory requirements, capable of operating within established credit and control frameworks.
• Strong communication and management capabilities, enabling you to establish credible relationships with clients and internal partners while balancing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of corporate clients, using research and financial analysis to understand priorities and help develop suitable banking solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists and relationship teams across the bank to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Maintain focus on risk, governance and regulatory standards while delivering client service.
• Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the portfolio.
• Contribute to wider team objectives through effective planning and stakeholder collaboration.
