Unity Resourcing Ltd in Harrogate is seeking a Customer Relationship Consultant to take ownership of an established client portfolio and drive client service excellence. You will work with the Managing Director and Client Support to expand the business and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits, insurance broking or financial services plus a passion for delivering excellent client service.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
• Interest in growing the portfolio and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy Client Relationship Manager on larger accounts, supporting the MD.
• Own a portfolio of smaller clients and deliver consistently high service.
• Coordinate renewals, annual reporting and key client activities with the Client Support team.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and grow the portfolio.
• Support new business by following up leads, attending client meetings and presenting services.
• Build knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, group risk and healthcare.
• Maintain the CPD required for FCA authorisation.
• Contribute to company communications, including the quarterly newsletter.
• Attend networking events to strengthen relationships and develop new connections.
