Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling or telesales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to upsell and identify opportunities to grow accounts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to maintain regular contact and strengthen relationships.
• Build rapport with clients and develop long-term customer partnerships.
• Develop and grow customer accounts, increasing activity and spend.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proactively follow up with clients to generate repeat business and maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to the wider team's success.
• Deliver a professional, positive and customer-focused experience on every call.
