Responsibilities

• Act as deputy Client Relationship Manager on larger accounts, supporting the MD.
• Own a portfolio of smaller clients and deliver consistently high service.
• Coordinate renewals, annual reporting and key client activities with the Client Support team.
• Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and grow the portfolio.
• Support new business by following up leads, attending client meetings and presenting services.
• Build knowledge of workplace pensions, auto-enrolment, group risk and healthcare.
• Maintain the CPD required for FCA authorisation.
• Contribute to company communications, including the quarterly newsletter.
• Attend networking events to strengthen relationships and develop new connections.

We re working with a growing, forward-thinking business in Harrogate that s looking for a Customer Relationship Consultant to join its team in a newly created role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established client portfolio, build strong long-term relationships and play an active part in growing the business. You ll work closely with the Managing Director and a supportive Client Support team, with plenty of scope to develop your expertise, broaden your knowledge and progress your career.

What you ll be doing
