Indevor Group Ltd is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with referrer partners. You will look after an allocated portfolio, introduce yourself to potential new partners and represent the business at meetings, networking events and client hospitality.

The role is primarily office-based with national travel for meetings and events. Full training and support are provided, and prior office or business development experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident communicator with genuine interest in people.
• Strong organisational skills and reliable follow-through.
• Attention to detail in managing actions, notes and reports.
• Willingness to travel nationally and meet partners across regions.
• Comfort with coordinating meetings, events and admin tasks.
• Must hold a full driving licence and be able to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of referrer partners.
• Research potential new partners, make introductions and arrange meetings.
• Meet contacts via Teams and in person; travel nationally when required.
• Organise quarterly relationship reviews and update reports.
• Attend networking events, industry functions and client hospitality.
• Coordinate invitations, bookings, travel and follow-up communications.
• Keep accurate records, meeting notes and next actions.
• Work with colleagues to resolve queries and close actions.
