Job summary

Indevor Bonds is seeking a Client Account Manager to be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding bond enquiries from quotation to issuance. You will collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to keep cases progressing and ensure a high level of service.

This role emphasizes building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and spotting opportunities to expand business while maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client services roles.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts for the bonds division.
• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Liaise with underwriters and internal teams to progress quotations and issues.
• Maintain accurate CRM/Salesforce records and monitor KPI performance.
• Identify opportunities for retention, referrals, and additional business.
